"trust God"

today, under the strangest of circumstances, somebody whom i barely knew and barely knows at me at all told me to trust God.

today, while driving a boat, an external instructor whom i only met today and have never spoken to before said "trust God" while i was doing a MOB maneuver. i don't even know if he's Christian, and how would he know my situation at all? it's a strange thing to say and the words he followed up with were totally irrelevant.

two words out of nowhere.

and ironically, it's the most reassuring words I have heard in a long time from anyone.

saw timmy do an acoustic version of toploader's dancing in the moonlight yesterday. fell head over heels in love with it. if anyone has a nice recording of any acoustic version of that song, please send to me! willing to pay in cash or favour. ;)

I'd really like for us to clear up any bad blood between us. I miss being open and honest, and I miss you being that way too. Perhaps some bridges burnt can never be rebuilt, and i might not deserve anything at all, but really, I'm praying for a bit of grace.

ever wondered what it'd feel like to be at the inside of a bomb when it explodes? ask hermie.

sunburnt again(argh) from the senang trip, and this time with the unusual wetsuit and udt tanlines, which looks really funny if you ask me. other than bad tans, senang was pretty ok. things got on pretty fast, and when things were delayed, we just slept.

i think i'm a little scared of major esther. i don't know why among all the other psychotics in ndu, i still manage to muster this strange fear for a woman.

oh, the bad thing about senang is.. WHY NO OFF DAY?!!?!

so two more days of work, amelia/leah's party on friday, steven's housewarming on sat, aviom trial on sat and that brings an end to the week.
